An Objections has been raised to Kanye West to be put on the Illinois ballot for president. The objection boarders on the signatures in his petition. In the State of Illinois any citizen can file an objection to the Illinois Board of Election to a candidate's name to be put on the ballot paper.

One of the objections raised against Kanye West petition is regarding the validity of the signatures. The Illinois Election Board will examine the evidence and decide if Kanye's name will appear or not. To be on the presidential ballot paper the candidate needs 2,500 signatures.

One of the Objectors to Kanye West petition, Sean Tenner said that what made him to object to Kanye West petition was his comment on Harriet Tubman, he said his comment left him fuming. Sean Tenner claimed that he found less than 1,000 valid signatures in Kanye's petition and claimed that it is invalid. Last week Kanye West in his presidential rally ranted that “never actually freed the slaves.”

“She just had the slaves go work for other white people".

Kanye West paid $30,000 to be placed on the Illinois presidential ballot paper.
