6 year old boy made WBC Champion

 Bridger Walker, 6 years, has been awarded a honorary WBC Champion status for his act of bravery. Walker prevented a vicious dog from attacking his sister.
After he fought of the dog that came to attack his 4 year old sister the boy was bitten on the left cheek and required 90 stitches. He was heard saying: "If someone had to die, i thought it should be me."

His aunt put the story on Instagram and it has received 1.5 million likes and 43,000 comments. 

To congratulate Bridger, the World Boxing Council sent him an “Honorary Champion” belt, and an image of the beaming youngster was shared to his aunt Nikki Walker’s Instagram.

“We are honoured to name 6-year-old, Bridger Walker, WBC Honorary Champion, for his brave actions that represent the best values ​​of humanity,” WBC tweeted. “Bridger, you’re a hero.”

Ms Walker thanked her followers for all the messages of support received since the tragic incident.

“They told me they would send him a belt, but I didn’t realize it would be THAT belt!” she posted alongside the image.

“The family and I spent much of the day opening the cards and packages Bridger has received. It’s been such a surreal experience for us, because we recognise that each envelope and box represents an individual or family who used their time and resources to wish Bridger well.

“We wish that we could meet each one of you to thank you in person. Our hearts are filled to overflowing, and thank you hardly seems sufficient.”

WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman also passed on a message of congratulations via Twitter.

                 Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Godwin Emefiele, used a private jet to fly his wife and children to the United Kingdom in violation of the closure of the Nigerian airspace during COVID-19 lockdown across the country. The Nigerian Government had announced that only essential travels will be permitted by air across the country but flight manifest sighted by SaharaReporters shows that  Emefiele used a private jet – a Global Express Bombardier 550 luxury jet with registration number N104DA – belonging to businessman, Aliko Dangote. The former King of Spain leaves the country over alleged corruption

Spain's former monarch King Juan Carlos has left the country amid accusations he had a £58.5 million stashed in an offshore account.  The Spain authorities opened an investigation involving Juan Carlos in a high speed rail in Saudi Arabia. The money was alleged to be given to Juan Carlos by the former king of Saudi Arabia King Abdullah. His destination is unknown but he said he would be available if prosecutors needed to interview him. The Spanish royal family website published a letter from Juan Carlos to his son King Felipe VI on Monday saying, "I am informing you of my considered decision to move during this period, out of Spain."    The report against the former King of Spain alleged that he transferred a large sum of money to a friend in what investigators consider as an attempt to hide the money from authorities.
