Ethiopian Airline plane caught fire at Shanghai Airport

    

On Wednesday an Ethiopian airline’s Boeing 777 caught fire while loading cargo at Shanghai Pudong International Airport.The airline confirmed the incident in a post on its Facebook page.

Ethiopian airline added that the cause of the incident is still unknown.

“The aircraft was on a regular scheduled cargo service from Shanghai to Sao Paulo-Santiago.The fire has been contained and none of the crew or ground staff were harmed,” the post read.

Images and videos circulating on social media showed heavy smoke pouring from the Ethiopian aircraft.

Following the incident, all flights scheduled to fly from Shanghai Pudong International Airport have been diverted to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport.

Nigeria Central Bank Governor Breached The Quarantine To Fly Family To The UK

                 Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Godwin Emefiele, used a private jet to fly his wife and children to the United Kingdom in violation of the closure of the Nigerian airspace during COVID-19 lockdown across the country. The Nigerian Government had announced that only essential travels will be permitted by air across the country but flight manifest sighted by SaharaReporters shows that  Emefiele used a private jet – a Global Express Bombardier 550 luxury jet with registration number N104DA – belonging to businessman, Aliko Dangote. The former King of Spain leaves the country over alleged corruption

Spain's former monarch King Juan Carlos has left the country amid accusations he had a £58.5 million stashed in an offshore account.  The Spain authorities opened an investigation involving Juan Carlos in a high speed rail in Saudi Arabia. The money was alleged to be given to Juan Carlos by the former king of Saudi Arabia King Abdullah. His destination is unknown but he said he would be available if prosecutors needed to interview him. The Spanish royal family website published a letter from Juan Carlos to his son King Felipe VI on Monday saying, "I am informing you of my considered decision to move during this period, out of Spain."    The report against the former King of Spain alleged that he transferred a large sum of money to a friend in what investigators consider as an attempt to hide the money from authorities.
