The annual Hajj pilgrimage performed by Muslims started today in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.The pilgrimage which is very important to Muslims around the world will this year be scaled down because of coronavirus. 

The pilgrimage which usually have over 2 million Muslims visit from all over the world will this year have about 10,000 local people visiting.

Saudi Arabia has about 270,000 COVID-19 cases with nearly 3,000 deaths.
