He is lucky,He is not Black

This is the terrifying moment a teenage gunman aimed his weapon at police officers, sparking a major firearms incident on a Scottish island

If Samuel Barlow is African American and lives in the United States. He will be dead by now.  Well Samuel Barlow is not an African American and he does not live in the US. This happened in Shetland an island in Scotland UK. (Read on and more pictures below)
Samuel Barlow,16, frightened the residents of Shetland with a shot gun. He even aimed the gun at the police vehicle and was momments from being shot by the police. But it was only the professionalism and courage of the police men that kept the teenager alive. It was after his arrest that the police found out that the gun she has was an air gun.
Lets go back to November 22 2014 in Cleveland USA, Tamir Rice,12, African American was shot dead by Cleveland police. Rice was carrying a toy airsoft gun when Timothy Leohmann shot him within 2 seconds of arriving on the park.  The Grand Jury is yet to rule whether Timothy  Leohmann will face charges or not. Even when he shot him he identified him as a 20 year old black man.
Also in the Eric Garner case he was jumped on by 4 LAPD officers. He did not even fight back and still the grand jury ruled it was justified. In Michael Brown's case forensic evidence showed that he was shot while his hands was raised up. The police man in defence said that him fighting Brown was like a 5 year old fighting Hulk Hogan. And if he didn't shot him he would have recieved another blow in the head. He killed a man who has no gun. Even if a police man has to shoot you do not shoot to kill. The grand jury said he has no case to answer.  How about Treyvon Martin, 17 , Killed by the white security guard in 2012. what did he do? Nothing. The white security officer was not charged.
To the police men in the US, Black peoples life do not matter. How many Black lifes will be wasted before the Government act.

Back to my story, Samuel Barlow is lucky he is not Black.

The 16-year-old was moments away from being shot by specially-trained firearms officers during the stand-off in September

His threats sparked a major incident during which every available officer in Shetland was called out and residents were urged to stay indoors

In court, Barlow was told it was only the professionalism and courage of officers which prevented the stand-off ending with a fatality

He said the incident in September - which lasted several hours - had a ‘major impact on the community’, as residents were urged to stay inside
