EFCC Investigating N750 Million Elumelu Bribe


The Economic Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) has started investigating the case between former People Democratic Party PDP  Gubernatorial candidate in Delta state Hon. Ndudi Elumelu and Abuja based business man Dumebi Kachikwu. Top PDP Executive demanded N750 million from Elumelu to help him actualize his dream of being the PDP  governorship candidate in Delta state. The middle man Dumebi Kachikwu has named some members PDP National Working NWC as prime suspect. Mr Kachikwu has been released by EFCC after been in detention for 5 days.
N100 million of the N750 million has been traced to a politician in Delta state who was also named by Kachikwu.
EFCC has confirmed yesterday that they have arrested and questioned the Delta state politician about the N100 million in his account. 
The EFCC are also looking at questioning other members of the PDP National Working Committee .
From the information reaching us Hon Ndudi Elumelu who is the brother of Billionaire Businessman Tony Elumelu is not interested in prosecuting the suspects, but to recover the money.
